MICROWAVE DIRECTIONS:BASED ON A 1,000 WATT MICROWAVE

Peel lid back 1/2 way & remove all contents.
Rinse bowl before use.Fill bowl to fill line with water (20oz)
A - Place noodles into bowl
B - Place cloth spice bag into bowl     (DO NOT OPEN THE CLOTH BAG)
C - Pour Mamma Thu’s Spices into bowl
D - Pour Pho Mix into bowl.Microwave on HIGH for 4 minutes.
Remove from microwave
CAUTION HOT SOUP)
Add optional garnish, hoisin, sriracha for taste.Add fresh favorite fresh vegetables & protein (not included) for a restaurant experience.STIR & ENJOY

STOVE-TOP DIRECTIONS

Soaking Noodles
A - Place noodles in a bowl & fill with HOT water, covering the contents.Set aside.
Cooking
On a stove-top, fill a pot with 20 oz. of water and turn on HIGH heat.
B - Place cloth spice bag into pot.     (DO NOT OPEN THE CLOTH BAG).
C - Pour Mamma Thu’s spices into pot.
D - Pour the Pho Broth Mix  into the pot.
Bring to a BOIL & then reduce heat to MEDIUM-HIGH.
Simmer for 7 minutes, stir occasionally.Remove cloth bag from the pot and discard.
Drain noodles & place into the pot .
Cook for 1 minute while stirring.
Turn off heat. Transfer broth and noodles into a bowl.
(CAUTION: HOT SOUP) 
Add optional garnish, sriracha and / or hoisin sauce for taste.Add favorite fresh vegetables & protein (not included) for a restaurant experience)


Ingredients: NOODLES: Rice flower, tapioca starch, salt. BOUILLON: Sugar, Salt, Cornstarch, Rendered Chicken Fat, Monosodium Glutamate, potassium chloride, powdered cooked CHICKEN, natural flavor, CHICKEN fat, palm oil, Disodium Guanylate, disodium inosinate, caramel color (contains sulfites), maltodextrin, dehydrated parsley, citric acid, turmeric (color), paprika oleoresin (color), Granulated Garlic, Onion, Anise, Cinnamon, Star Anise, Cloves, Ginger, Extract & Natural Flavors. SPICE SACHET: whole star anise, whole cloves, whole cinnamon, whole fennel, whole coriander. DRIED VEGETABLE BLEND: Chives.
