I'm Anh, driven by a passion for cooking and entrepreneurship. The pandemic prompted a shift from nursing to chasing my dream. With family as priority, we sold our home, left jobs, and invested in PhoLicious – an instant pho venture. Crafting an authentic recipe was challenging, but we persisted. Taking the risk to create joy through entrepreneurship was worthwhile. I'm Anh, and my passion led me to this journey.

After 17 years in hospitality, I have ended my hotel general manager career to focus on our business PhoLicious.net. Who would have thought we would be here today! I am in business with my wife, which is a blessing to work alongside my best friend daily!  The unique skill set that I have developed over 17 years in the hospitality industry, are essential to building our successful business! Leadership, business development, marketing, sales, customer relations and problem solving!

We are the proud parents of PhoLicious co-founder Anh Trousdale. Our journey began in Vietnam, and in the late 1980s, when Anh was just 4 years old, we left everything behind in search of freedom and a better life. We survived pirate attacks before finding refuge in the United States.

We have held on tightly to our Vietnamese heritage and the recipes that kept our family connected to home. The broth you taste today is more than a recipe, it’s the flavor of our family’s history, perfected over decades with love and pride. We are honored to see our traditions live on through PhoLicious, sharing a piece of our story with every bowl.
