It depends on the bowl. Pho starts with a non-spicy base, and the sriracha packet in the kit lets you add exactly the heat you want. Bun Bo Hue is a true medium. Pad Thai has zero spice. Original Ramen has zero heat. Spicy Ramen is the exception, and it is serious: real dried habanero and chili granules, lava level, pros only.

Fresh rice noodles (just 3 ingredients, steamed then dried), a whole spice tea bag with star anise, cinnamon, cloves, coriander, and fennel, and a broth mix built on real beef tallow, rendered chicken fat, or whole-spice vegetable broth, depending on the bowl.
