Cooking Instructions

Microwave Instructions

Based on a 1,000-watt microwave.

1. Peel the lid halfway back and remove all contents from the bowl.
2. Rinse the bowl before use.
3. Fill the bowl with water to the indicated fill line (20 oz).
4. Add the rice noodles and the whole-spice sachet. Do not open the sachet.
5. Add the pho broth mix.
6. Microwave on HIGH for 4 minutes.
7. Carefully remove the bowl. Caution: Contents will be hot.
8. Add the included hoisin and sriracha sauces to taste.
9. For an elevated experience, add your favorite fresh herbs, vegetables, or additional protein (not included).
10. Stir, serve, and enjoy!

Stovetop Instructions

Prepare the noodles

1. Place the rice noodles in a separate bowl.
2. Cover with hot water and set aside to soften.

Prepare the broth

1. Add 20 oz of water to a pot and heat on HIGH.
2. Add the whole-spice sachet. Do not open the sachet.
3. Stir in the pho broth mix.
4. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to medium-high.
5. Simmer for 7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
6. Remove and discard the spice sachet.
7. Drain the noodles and add them to the broth.
8. Cook for approximately 1 additional minute, stirring gently.
9. Turn off the heat and transfer the noodles and broth to a serving bowl. Caution: Contents will be hot.
10. Add hoisin, sriracha, and your favorite optional toppings.

Rice Noodles: Rice flour, tapioca starch, salt.

Bouillon: Sugar, salt, cornstarch, rendered chicken fat, monosodium glutamate, potassium chloride, powdered cooked chicken, natural flavor, chicken fat, palm oil, disodium guanylate, disodium inosinate, caramel color (contains sulfites), maltodextrin, dehydrated parsley, citric acid, turmeric (color), paprika oleoresin (color), granulated garlic, onion, anise, cinnamon, star anise, cloves, ginger, extract and natural flavors.

Whole-Spice Sachet: Whole star anise, whole cloves, whole cinnamon, whole fennel, whole coriander.

Dried Vegetable Blend: Chives.
